Seems like i need motivation…
Dunno what to call this
Am I too afraid to try cs i think it will be a little bit hurt?
Will somebody gets recovery faster cs they don’t really think about the pain?
Do the pain really exist or is this just something has grown up in my mind?[for sure, it is really exist, but does my mind make it worse?]
Those people said that i should train it otherwise it will get stiff. It’s already stiff [in some parts] . It’s not something that can not be cured, I know, as long as i excercised it.
No need to worry, it will be cured asap :)
Just give me motivation and let me know how to pass through it…
